Bicarb tonic

An excellent Tonic to boost athletic performance and promote recovery when pushing hard.It works by helping to neutralise Lactic acid which builds up in your muscles.

Ingredients

 ½ tsp Salt, unprocessed
 ¼ tsp Baking Soda
 7 cups Coconut Water
 ½ Lemon, Juiced
 ¼ cup Honey, Raw

Instructions

Heat the coconut water on low and add the baking soda till it is dissolved

Add all the other ingredients slowly

Decant into a glass jar and allow to cool in the Fridge. Keeps for a week.
