
Blueberry Delight Brain Healing Smoothie
Store bought smoothies may appear 'healthy' but can be laden with hidden sugar (sometimes as much as 3 cans of Coke!)
Prepare your own, veggie-and-fruit-laden mind-protecting healthy meal in a glass with this smoothie recipe.
Ingredients
¾ cup Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
2 cups Kale, organic
4 cups Spinach, organic
1 Medium lemon, organic, peeled
½ tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Collagen powder
240 ml Water
Handful of ice
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high power blender with 240ml of cold water (preferably filtered) and a handful of ice.

Blend for 2 minutes or until completed blended and no pieces of fruit or veg are visible.

Adjust the amount of water and ice for a consistency and temperature that you enjoy.
