Chocolate ‘Ice Cream’ Kisses

Warning! These are possibly the most deliriously moreish keto treats to satisfy sugar cravings! Otherwise known as Keto Fat Bombs, these delights are great as an afternoon ‘ice cream’ treat on a hot summer day or served as a dessert after a low carb dinner party.
Ingredients
½ cup Nut Butter (Macadamia is best but almond works well too!)
½ cup Raw Cacao Powder
¼ cup Organic Coconut Oil, Melted
Stevia Powder to taste
Instructions

Stir all ingredients together until smooth.

If too dry, add additional coconut oil (depends on the nut butter used)

Pour into chocolate molds, a silicone mini cupcake tin or ice cube trays.

Freeze to set and serve directly from the freezer.

Variation: for a crunchy, praline, ‘Ferrero Rocher’ version, mix in whole or toasted hazelunts

Decorate with berries, hazelnuts and a light dusting of raw cacao if you are serving to guests.
