Keto French Toast
No need to be deprived of scrumptious breakfast treats whilst following a Keto Protocol. This delicious ‘bread’ recipe can be dry toasted or fried to enjoy as traditional Keto French Toast!
Ingredients
8 Eggs
4 tbsp Organic Butter, Melted
5 tbsp Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Optional for serving: Crispy Bacon, Cream Cheese and Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Instructions
Keto "Bread" Loaf

Take the butter and cream cheese out of the fridge a few hours before to ensure they are at room temperature before you make the mixture.

Blend all ingredients in a bowl (you may use a wooden spoon or an electric beater on low speed) until smooth.

Pour the batter into a pre greased loaf tin.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-30 minutes or until a skewer poked in the centre of the loaf, comes out clean.

Remove from the oven, allow too cool on a baking rack.
"French Toast"

Slice the Keto "Bread" Loaf into thick wedges.

Fry in butter until both sides are crispy.

Serve with toppings of your choice.
