
Keto, Grain Free Bread
This Nordic Stone Age Bread is beautifully dense, hearty, textured and satisfying. What's more, its Paleo, Keto, Gluten Free and Dairy Free. The bread freezes well so can be made in advance, sliced and frozen. When needed, it can be taken straight out the freezer and popped in the toaster!
Ingredients
2 cups Mixed Nuts (you can use Almond, Walnut, Macadamia, Hazelnut etc.)
1 cup Flax Seed
1 ½ cups Raw Sesame Seeds
1 ½ cups Raw Pumpkin Seeds
½ tsp Salt
⅓ cup Olive Oil (cold pressed, extra virgin)
5 Eggs, Free Fange
Instructions

Measure all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix together with a wooden spoon.

Pour the mixture into a small parchment-lined loaf tin.

Bake at 160 degrees Celcius for 1 hour.

Turn out onto a cooling rack and allow to cool through.
Slice into desired thickness and either enjoy straight away or freeze in portions.

NOTE: If you would like to freeze the bread, It is best to double this recipe and use a larger loaf tin.
