Preheat the oven to 180°C
Line a 20cm x 20cm baking pan with parchment paper and set aside
Add all dry ingredients in to a large bowl and mix together. (The almonds, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, finely shredded coconut, chopped chocolate, cinnamon and salt)
In another bowl combine the eggs, almond butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well, kneading with your hands
Pat the mixture evenly into the prepared pan
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Transfer for the full slab to a wire rack and allow to cool completely. Once cooled, slice into desired bar sizes
Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator
