A super simple, quick Keto Ice Cream which can be stored in the freezer for 2 – 3 months. Just 1 or 2 teaspoons can satisfy the sweet tooth intrusion if it arises!


 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (Preferably Organic)
 2 tsp Stevia Powder
 1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence



Add the ingredients to a large Mason Jar


Blend together with a hand blender, mixer or whisk, ensuring all the cocoa is dissolved


Freeze and enjoy!
