Keto Salsa
This full-bodied, fresh salsa is a great addition to appetiser snacks or as a topping for scrambled eggs. It can also be used as a tomato base to cook flavourful ground beef for Mexican festivities.
Serve as a dipping sauce with cheeses and Keto Seed Crackers or Cheesy Keto Breadsticks.
Ingredients
400 g Canned Whole Peeled Tomatoes (Measurement is approximate - use 1 Tin)
1 Jalapeño Chili, Diced
½ cup Onion, Diced
1 Clove Garlic
1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Fresh Cilantro
Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a food processor/ blender and process until smooth (or as chunky you enjoy it).

Taste and add additional Jalapeño, salt, or lime, as desired.
NB: The salsa will get spicier the longer it sits in the fridge.

Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately, or store in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
