
Keto Savoury Muffins
Stick to your Keto protocol but still enjoy the indulgence of a delicious, low carb , gluten free muffin! A great grain-free breakfast bread delight!
Ingredients
4 cups Cauliflower rice, uncooked (cauliflower florets blended until fine)
5 ml Psyllium husks
½ tsp Salt
10 ml Baking powder
3 Eggs (large), free range
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
125 ml Fresh cream, organic
250 Bacon (uncooked, preferably cubed)
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Rosemary
5 ml Mustard powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius.

Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Spoon into a greased muffin pan (filling each round 3/4 fill to allow enough space for rising during cooking).
A silicone muffin trays works wonderfully!

Bake for 30 minutes.

Turn out of the pan and serve hot, breaking open and topping with dollops of fresh, organic butter.
