Ingredients
4cupsCauliflower rice, uncooked (cauliflower florets blended until fine)
5mlPsyllium husks
½tspSalt
10mlBaking powder
3Eggs (large), free range
1cupCheddar cheese, grated
125mlFresh cream, organic
250Bacon (uncooked, preferably cubed)
1tspOregano
1tspThyme
1tspRosemary
5mlMustard powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius.

Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Spoon into a greased muffin pan (filling each round 3/4 fill to allow enough space for rising during cooking).
A silicone muffin trays works wonderfully!

Bake for 30 minutes.

Turn out of the pan and serve hot, breaking open and topping with dollops of fresh, organic butter.
