Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Blend the walnuts, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, Homemade Taco Seasoning and lime zest in a food processor until a coarse meal forms. This should take about 30 – 60 seconds.
Add the Keto Salsa to the blender and continue to process on high until a crumbly dough forms (20 seconds) that holds together when pinched.
Using a tablespoon measure, scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture into the palm of each hand and roll the dough into balls.
Place the balls on a lined baking sheet and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes or in the refrigerator for about 2 hours prior to serving.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week or in the freezer for up to a month.
