
Kielbasa and Brussels Sprout Skillet
This quick, easy and delicious keto Kielbasa and Brussels Sprout Skillet is a wholesome winter or summer meal. It can be served with Cheesy Keto Breadsticks, or Wholesome Broccoli Salad.
Ingredients
2 tsp Coconut Oil
450 g Kielbasa Sausage, Sliced Into 1/2 Inch Pieces (Or Any Organic, Meal-And-Preservative-Free Sausage)
1 Red Onion, Diced
400 g Baby Brussels Sprouts, Trimmed and Cut In Half
Salt and Ground Black Pepper to Taste
Fresh Lemon Wedges
Optional (for Variety)
300 g Sliced Button Mushrooms
Instructions

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

Add the sausage and onion

Sauté until onion the is translucent, about 8 to 10 minutes

Add the Brussels sprouts, and cook for 10 minutes more

Optional: add mushrooms after Brussels sprouts have been cooking for 6 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over

Remove from the pan and transfer portions to hot serving plates

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over before serving and garnish with lemon wedges
