Raspberry Ramble Detox Smoothie

This nutritious smoothie is filling, packed with good fats and a healthy detox punch!

Ingredients

 1 cup Raspberries (Frozen or Fresh)
 1 Lemon, Medium, Peeled
 1 Granny Smith Apple, Peeled and Cored
 3 cups Romaine Lettuce
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 12 cups Green Tea (Brewed and Chilled)
 ½ cup Coconut Milk, Organic
 ½ Avocado, Ripe
 1 cup Ice
 Mint to Garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend on high until smooth. For a lower carb option, remove the apple and sweeten with stevia to your desired sweet taste.

Adjust the amount of green tea and ice for the desired temperature and consistency.

Garnish with raspberries and fresh mint before serving.
