Roasted Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients

 3 Beetroots, Fresh
 2 cups Chickpeas, cooked
 1 Garlic Clove, Fresh
 1 ½ Lemons
 2 tbsp Tahini
 4 tbsp Olive Oil, Organic
 ½ cup Water
 Salt to taste

Instructions

Blend solid ingredients and add spices while blending

Slowly Add Olive Oil and water while blending. Blend until Smooth.

Serve with Cucumbers, Carrots and crackers
