Ingredients
1 Grapefruit, Medium, Peeled
1 Orange / Mandarin, Medium, Peeled
1 Lemon, Medium, Peeled
2 cups Rocket (Arugula)
3 cups Romaine Lettuce
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp MCT Oil
1 tsp Ashwagandha Powder
¼ tsp Stevia
½ cup Green Tea (Brewed & Cooled). Try Rooibos for a delicious alternative.
½ cup Iced Water
½ cup Ice
Optional for a Sweeter Taste
½ cup Blueberries

Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender.

Blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth with no visible chunks of fruit or vegetable. Add additional iced water for a smoother, more liquid consistency.
