I think the easiest way to explain it in two words – assess and action.

Because that is fundamentally what it means. You assess your internal environment with tests like blood markers, omega ratios, heavy mental levels and your genetics, and your external environment, such as EMF levels, air quality, water quality and type of internal lighting, and then take action when issues are identified.

But how do you know what the “issues” are?

That’s where empowering yourself with education comes in. Because with education, comes awareness and with awareness, we can become motivated to make the assessment and then take the appropriate action. Many common questions and startrting points about assessing your state of wellness include:

  • What level of vitamin D do I need?
  • What is an appropriate omega 6 to 3 ratio, and why is everyone’s 6 too high?
  • Why is my mercury so high, and where did it come from?
  • What are genetics single nucleotide polymorphism; and what does that mean for the type of supplementation I need?
  • What are the EMF levels in my bedroom, where are they coming from and how can I protect myself and my home?
  • How do I reduce the VOCs levels?
  • How many stages of water filtration are sufficient? Why must be lighting go red and orange at night?
